Want an easy 3-ingredient ice cream? Chill a 12-ounce can of evaporated milk and then whip it with 1 cup of powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons of good vanilla extract until almost doubled in size. Repeat this 2 more times and you will have a delicious low-fat ice cream every bit as great as the best soft serve in your local ice cream store.
