It might be tempting to start preparing the Thanksgiving feast the moment your eyes open Thursday. However, getting some energy before you go full-force into the holiday is what will keep you going until the last piece of pumpkin pie has been enjoyed. And if you’re anything like me, you wake up thinking about your beloved breakfast, and you wouldn’t dream of skipping it. When I contemplated what I’ll be having in the early hours of Thanksgiving, I knew I wanted some healthy, fast, and satisfying foods on my menu.
