Kashi just released two new flavors: Organic Promise Sweet Potato Sunshine and Sprouted Grains Cereals. We’re head over heels for both. Here’s why.

The Cooking Light staff in Birmingham, AL is especially fond of Kashi Organic Promise Sprouted Grains because its backstory hits so close to home. Peggy Sutton, native of Fitzpatrick, AL and founder of To Your Health Sprouted Co., used her experience cooking with grains for friends and family to partner with Kashi. Their product hit the shelves, delivering a satisfying crunch. Brown rice, oats, barley, amaranth, and spelt—the whole gang’s here! Go on; indulge in this breakfast bowl, consisting of 100% whole grains. Yum!

Kashi’s first sweet potato cereal has also finally hit the shelves, quickly becoming one of our favorite fall breakfasts. Made with organic brown rice, wheat, and sweet potatoes, each serving of Kashi Organic Promise Sweet Potato Sunshine is packed with whole grain goodness at 42g per cup. Warm tones of cinnamon and molasses will please your tastebuds and leave you wanting more (and more, and more).
